Service Description
Crafted Moments Kids turns any birthday party or celebration into a creative experience the little ones will never forget. Choose your experience — Mini Masterpiece, a guided painting session where each child paints their own canvas step by step, or Sweet Creations, where kids decorate their own cookies or sweet treats from scratch. Either way every child is guided through the whole process in a fun and encouraging environment where there are no wrong brushstrokes and no rules, just creativity and joy. Every station is fully equipped and individually set up per child. Tables and chairs are covered with disposable protective covers so the venue stays clean and parents stay stress free. Want to make it extra special? Add personalized aprons for each child with their own name or a birthday message they take home and keep forever. Select your preferred date above and fill out the inquiry form. Pricing is customized based on number of children, location, experience selection, and personalization requests. We will follow up within 24 hours to discuss all the details, pick your design or treat theme, and send your custom quote. No payment required at this stage. A parent or guardian must be present at all times. We come to you fully set up and ready to go. You just celebrate your little one.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING AND PAYMENT A minimum of 10 children is required to confirm a Crafted Moments Kids booking. Full payment is required at booking confirmation. Spots are limited and held on a first come first served basis. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within the 2 weeks are non-refundable. No shows are non-refundable. If Crafted Moments Co. cancels the event a full refund will be issued. RESCHEDULING Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 weeks before the event. Requests within 2 weeks are subject to a 15% fee based on availability. PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY A parent or guardian must be present and supervising at all times during the event. Crafted Moments Co. instructors are not responsible for disciplining children or managing behavior beyond the scope of the activity. Parents and guardians are responsible for their child's behavior throughout the session. Any child whose behavior is disruptive to other participants or the instructor may be asked to pause participation. Crafted Moments Co. reserves the right to end a session early if behavior cannot be managed safely without issuing a refund. ALLERGIES AND HEALTH Treat decorating ingredients contain gluten, dairy, and eggs. All paints are non-toxic, water based, and child safe. Parents are responsible for notifying Crafted Moments Co. of any allergies or medical conditions prior to booking. Crafted Moments Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions when allergens have not been disclosed in advance. ARRIVAL AND TIMING Please have venue ready 1 hour before session start time. Late arrivals from kids will be accommodated but missed instruction time cannot be repeated or compensated. Sessions begin and end on time out of respect for all participants and the party. PARTICIPATION WAIVER By booking a Crafted Moments Kids event the parent or guardian confirms they have read and agree to all policies on behalf of themselves and their child.
