Service Description
Celebrate your next birthday, bridal shower, girls night, bachelorette, anniversary, or special occasion with a Crafted Moments Co. experience that your guests will talk about long after the night is over. Choose between our two signature experiences. Sip & Paint is a guided acrylic painting session where every guest paints their own 11x14 canvas step by step, led by a professional artist with a lifelong passion for art. Sip & Cake is a hands-on cake decorating session where every guest decorates their own personal 5-inch Victorian style cake using buttercream, fresh fruits, and fresh flowers, guided by a professional cake artist with over 12 years of experience behind 809CakesNY. Prior to your event you will receive a curated selection of painting designs or cake decoration styles for your group to choose from. Custom requests are also welcome and can be discussed during booking confirmation. We arrive fully set up and ready to go. Every station is individually equipped with all the supplies your guests need. Tables and chairs are covered with disposable protective covers throughout the entire event. Before we leave your space is cleaned and returned exactly as we found it. No mess, no stress, nothing left behind. Once your inquiry is submitted and your date is confirmed you will receive a custom guest payment link to share with your attendees, ready to use social media marketing materials to promote your event, and full event details to share with your guests so everyone arrives prepared and excited. No reservation payment required. A minimum of 10 guests is required to confirm a private event booking. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING AND PAYMENT Submitting this inquiry form does not require payment. Once your inquiry is reviewed and your date is confirmed you will receive a custom quote within 24 hours. For groups where the host covers the full event cost a deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required to confirm and hold your private event date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. For groups where each guest pays individually, a custom guest payment link will be provided to share with your attendees. MINIMUM HEADCOUNT A minimum of 10 guests is required to confirm a private event booking. The host is responsible for guaranteeing the minimum headcount. If final attendance falls below 10 guests the host is responsible for the difference at the standard per person rate. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event are non-refundable. If Crafted Moments Co. cancels the event for any reason a full refund will be issued. RESCHEDULING Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 weeks before the event and are accommodated based on availability. Requests made within 2 weeks are subject to a 15% rescheduling fee. PRICING AND LOCATION Pricing is customized based on event type, headcount, and location. Travel fees may apply for events outside the standard service area. Your custom quote will outline all applicable fees before payment is required. SETUP AND CLEANUP Crafted Moments Co. arrives fully set up and ready to go. Disposable protective covers are provided for all tables and chairs throughout the event. The space will be fully cleaned and returned to its original condition before we leave. The host is not responsible for any setup or cleanup. BEHAVIOR AND RESPECT All Crafted Moments Co. events are a welcoming and judgment free space. Respectful behavior toward fellow guests and the instructor is required at all times. Disruptive guests may be asked to leave without a refund. ARRIVAL AND TIMING Please ensure your venue is accessible at least 1 hour before the session start time to allow for setup. Sessions begin and end on time out of respect for all participants. PARTICIPATION WAIVER By confirming your private event booking you agree to the Crafted Moments Co. participation waiver, cancellation policy, and general policies on behalf of yourself and your guests.
